Value Returning Function

In C++, a value returning function is simply a line of code, which receives an input, and returns a value.  Then, the command may be returned to the user, or the returned value may be processed further, depending on the application.  It is a building block for the programming language.

Value Returning Function is a meditation on oil smudged screens, data, and the things we come to value most.
